Materials are billed at cost with the receipt, or you can supply them. Travel inside the service area is included.
How it works
From your message to a finished job

Tell me what needs doing and send a photo or two.
Get a written price
Usually the same day. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Pick a time
Evenings or Saturday. I confirm the day before.
Done and clean
I walk you through the work, then you pay by e-Transfer or card.

What I don't do
Electrical wiring (switches, outlets, light fixtures), major plumbing, roofing or structural work. In Ontario, electrical work in your home must be done by a Licensed Electrical Contractor. I'll refer you to one I trust.
